Returns.
All sales are final once the gift leaves the Taste of Pensacola warehouse. If a gift has been returned to us for any reason, you will be notified by email. You have 5 business days to respond with a new shipping address or the order will be cancelled and restocked without a refund. You can ship the returned gift to a new address or to yourself if you prefer. The reshipment fee is $12.00. If you require assistance, contact us at gifts@tasteofpensacola.com
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect or damage. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product and ship to the original shipping address.
